how do i get more than 2500 pd in a single rumble mission? do i have to do a certain place?

You just have to grind. The higher the area's level, the better the rewards.

Show hidden content

So if you want to get the rumble badge as soon as possible, you can keep sending your pokemon in one area to level it up faster.
