What is the purpose of the old vinyl? I keep seeing these on the site and they are in the legendary section of the item bag. Do these have a use yet?

Here's another recent thread where this was discussed and I don't think there's been more information since. It's probably a legendary summon since it is in the legendary section but we'll just have to wait and see for now.
