LUCKY's POETIC LIBRARY

Info
Show hidden content

I will post poems, which I write, here. Nothing else to see here.

Rules
Show hidden content

1. No posting allowed here, not even "I Like Your Poems" stuff. I and only I will post here.

2. You can NOT copy/paste any of the following poems without permission. If I find it somewhere that'll result in me reporting you sooner than you can say "Report". Beware.

3. I can take requests, like "Hey, can you write a poem for apology/thank/impressing crushes" for free, but only through PalPad/PMs, and not posting here. Also, I'll post those poems here as well, with your username, so as to indicate for whom I wrote this.

Enjoy!

Who Am I?

Show hidden content
Who am I?
And what can I do?

Do you know me?
Or are you new too?

Am I new too?
Not understanding a thing?

Don't you get the song,
I've been trying to sing?

What should I do?
Which path should I take?

Is the other way wrong?
A new path, can't I Make?

Is the correct route defined,
By the numbers that travel it?

The road less taken,
Does no one marvel it?

Do I have to walk,
On predefined paths?

Don't you know, for
Each path, their aftermaths?

Does the path not well known,
Make the destination isolated?

Even if a decade,
For it someone has waited?

Do I take the path,
Of someone else's choice?

I want to make my own.
Where's my voice?

No one can tell me.
Can't you tell too?

Who am I?
And what can I do?

Sometimes I

Show hidden content
Sometimes I Win, Sometimes I Lose.
Tired Of All Conflicts, I Call A Truce.

Sometimes I Rise, Sometimes I Fall.
Right Now I'm Building, My Own Castle Wall.

Sometimes I Endure, Sometimes I Break.
Wanna Forestall Blight, Defences I Make.

Sometimes I Brave, Sometimes I Crumble.
Trying to Sort Everything, Life's a Jumble.

Sometimes I Soar, Sometimes I Swoop.
Days and Nights Pass By, All Set in Loop.

Sometimes I Cheer, Sometimes I Whine.
I've Learnt the Hard Way, A Stone can't Shine.

Sometimes I Brace, Sometimes I Waver.
I Wish I Could, Be A Bit More Braver.

Sometimes I'm High, Sometimes I'm Low.
I Lie Down and Wait, For the Fatal Blow.

Sometimes I Speak, Sometimes I Don't.
Even my Eyes Can't Tell, Something I Won't.

Sometimes I Hope, Sometimes I Despair.
'Cause I'm Broken, Can't Be Repaired.

Sometimes I'm Laughing, Sometimes I'm Crying.
I Don't Care Anymore, I'm Sick of Trying.

Hey There!

Show hidden content
Hey there!
Do you still remember me?
And all the things we used to be?
Or have you already forgotten,
The conversations from when we were last talking?

Hey there!
Do you think about me too?
And all the things we used to do?
Or do you purposefully ignore,
Memories that come wash ashore?

Hey there!
Do you remember where we met?
Your eyes merry, and hairs wet?
Or has it become just a memory,
That has eons ago gone blurry?

Hey there!
Do you fall in a daze too?
Imagining things that can't be true?
Or is your reality a bit too real,
Unlike mine, which is quite surreal?

Hey there!
Do you still visit the playground?
Where as kids we'd frolic around?
Or do you thing it's not worth it,
Now that there's someone more worthy?

Hey there!
Do you think it was just infatuation?
Deflated long since it's saturation?
Or were the words you said mistaken,
Which too you've probably forgotten?

Hey there!
Do you think our two months were perfect?
And anything more than that just isn't worth it?
Or was it just a waste of time,
And it's memories not even sublime?

Hey there!
What if I told you I'm back?
Would you still come by my shack?
Or even in a year or two,
We'll never be what we used to?
