Kendall sighed. He desperately wished he could be taking pictures of everything right now... hopefully class would be interesting. It seemed all the students were conversing... not that he wanted to participate, of course! He knew he'd mess something up.

Priya died internally right then and there.



As the poor gay disaster's soul drifted out of her body, Isla turned to look at everyone in class... Was she looking for someone? She gave a little shudder. She... couldn't be. She couldn't let him think she might be... She turned away and instead gazed out the window, her eyes finding the puffy clouds drifting across the sky.



As Priya questioned the possibility of resurrection, Adrik was flipping through a book in his lap. Okay. Show them up. Show you... have talent. He released a deep, shuddering breath. That... was not something he was good at.

Okay, so just... try not to fail.



As Priya returned to her body and promptly died again, Seara was making spitballs because they could.

Isla didn't reply, just continued gazing out the window. Her breathing was shallow, almost unnoticeable. Her backpack shifted slightly and she gripped tighter onto the straps.
