Each time it seemed to vanish in thin air, and his hands reappear
in the spot the knife had been, the camera still clenched within
it. He continued recording.
Adrik sighed.
Isla narrowed her eyes, and began to subtly back away, into the
more shadowy corners of the second floor.

Adrik nodded. "Okay... if you want." He tilted his head to the
side, his eyes softening slightly. "You look... beautiful, you
know? But... in a Kaden way. Not the way... when we met."
Isla glanced sharply at her.

Suddenly, something began to curl about Mirej's ankles. Something
as black as night. Made entirely of shadows. "What was that?" Isla
hissed, suddenly her voice directly in Mirej's ears.
"Mhm." He sighed. "Oh well. Was hoping I wouldn't-" He paused and
gave a slight motion of his head. Shooting Sasuki a wry smile, he
crept down the steps.
"Yes... let's..." Adrik ducked his head, blushing.

lazy, a drawl. "Or are you afraid? Are you afraid I'll kill you?
I'll end you like you so rightly deserve?"

"Evil is irrelevant. I'm evil. Why should I care to judge others?"
She tilted her head to the side. "Do you think you deserve to? That
I should kill you, for those whom you have killed?"
