Can't send Birthday Plushie

I can't send the Birthday Plushie. I click send, and the page refreshes, but it

-Doesn't show the green "Your Plushie has been sent"
-Doesn't give me gems
-Doesn't take any of my 10,095 points.

Tried sending from both the Notice and Gift Plushie areas. CTRL+F5 didn't help, either.

God. Never mind. I'm so dumb. For some reason, I thought clicking on the notice would auto-select the plushie.
