For some reason, after losing the battle twice in rumble area volcano cave, it showed that it had the map, but when it was time to take the item from the pokemon, I "claimed" the map, sent it back, then checked my bag. For some reason, there was not a single map in the bag, which is strange because wasn't I supposed to get a map?? This has happened twice already, and if anyone has a solution for this issue, please let me know.

. . . But you sent it back? If you immediately send the pokémon back out, the map is not gonna show in your item bag.
