where do i find them? do i have to wait till they come into shop or only buy them on trade?

They will appear in the Item Shop randomly, or you can get them from the Item Market at the GTS (normal GTS also works, but is more complicated)

If you're asking for evolution reasons, you can also treat your pokemon to an acupuncture at the salon. It'll have the same effect as a soothe bell.
