Pretty simple, It would be useful to be notified when our Pokémon are finished in the saloon.
For those who might not want it, it could be disabled in the Misc. Settings page.

I really don't know what else to say, so what do you think?

Support. If you set up 30 min one, you could forget about it, notification would remind you :)
