I just came back to my notifications page and saw this:-

I don't know what happened... even when i click show more button, some of my very old feeds show up.... Please look into it. i dont think its happening with anyone else...
Edit:- I and Yvelette experimented and found out that it happens when we use an html widget code in a forum thread. All users who have subscribed to that forum will see their notification page like this.

I saw the same thing when I first checked my notifications ~~after going to DeviantArt~~, 14 of my notifications were missing too, but after refreshing a few times, it turned back to normal

Happened to me too.

Seems to be a problem with the contents of the feed; but a workaround is to click to "BBCode Guide" link in the feed, then refresh notifications afterwards

HTML was posted in the thread, which doesn't work on PH, unless you're Riako or your post got permission from him. Apparently, the Notification Wall didn't get that notice (':
