In completing the alola dex is their a need to get all of the coloured minior and all of the magerna variations?

Minor, yes I believe. Not sure about Margerana since it was added after the Dex completion reward

The ones who have already received the Alola Dex completion certificate needn't go hunting for those Magearnas. But those who haven't completing it till now, must get those to get completion certificate.
