when i was playing hangman i had the word feraligator and the last leeter i gave was L .the next word came without yay you solved it message and one life was gone and L was already used up.

It skipped the 'yay', because the L was registered twice. [don't worry, you still got the Game Chips]
This can happen when you click the letter again before it appeared or refreshing the page.
