No you don't. Puzzles are a way to entertain the users by collecting them randomly while doing some activities in Pokeheroes. You will not get anything after completing a puzzle

While there are no rewards for collecting individual puzzles, there actually is something you can get from collecting puzzle pieces as a whole. If you wanna discover what it is yourself, don't open the spoiler below since I've included further spoilery information there.

One of the badges is linked to collecting a lot of puzzle pieces, as one might guess from its name.
