Lukas sighed, then smiled at her. "That's fine. All the Top Hats
are giving me serious headaches. And paperwork. Wish I could be in
the field, but alas," He sighed dramatically. "I can't go out
unless it's a emergency or if they need my skills."
Celia sighed, looking at the sky. She wondered just what the last
surviving tophats were doing for the past months or so. Most of
them already knew her sudden betrayal so they won't be too
surprised to see her with the government
A guy ran up to Lukas. "Lukas! The general has more work for you!"
The guy said. Lukas sighed, and turned to Celia and Charles.
"Charles take over for me. I need to do more... Paperwork." He said
the last word like a plague. "Bye. Thanks."
Celia looked outside her window, trying to take in everything that
happened yesterday with the government. She really did wonder where
all the remaining Tophats were. Especially right hand man.
