Do pokemon of different OT breed?
eg: Riako's Ponyta and -Eeveeon-'s Ponyta

Yes, they do breed.

Most of the time, a daycare pair with a different OT will have better chances of giving eggs than the ones with the same OT.. you can check out this wiki for more info about the Daycare.
