I was just scrolling through the wiki and found that the Yellow forest rumble area is no longer unlockable. When will it be unlocked again? If it isn't unlocked again, it will be unfair to new(er) users. Mods, someone help. thanks :D

The area has become unlockable a couple of times after the first event when it was introduced. Last time was in May last year so I'd guess it won't be back until at least around that time this year. Though as far as I remember, it's not a strict yearly event like other things so who knows when it'll be back exactly.
