Ok, so I was told that it would take 24 hours to reach the boss battle vs Kyogre in the Marine Cave, yet a day has passed and no boss battle. Mods, someone, pls help out. Thanks :)

There's no set time it takes to reach the legends. Sometimes your pokemon may reach the battle in a day and another time it could take a couple of days. I don't know if there's a max time it can take your pokemon but I don't think it has ever taken me more than a few days.
