Seraniph trotted past the two, the axolotl in the helmet held close
to his body. "Do we go left or right?" He was looking at a side
tunnel, the glow of lava near the bottom.
"Alright." Seraniph continued down the main path, glancing down a
few side tunnels. Soon enough, he was out of sight. The axolotl's
sounds were hard to hear, but they were still there nonetheless.
Slowing down, Seraniph stopped. Ahead, there was a large lake of
lava. To the left, the glow of lava was visible. Turning, Seraniph
looked to the right. There wasn't a tunnel there. Unless...
Pulling out a torch, Seraniph waved it at the wall, revealing
another tunnel, completely dark. Trotting down the tunnel, Seraniph
placed a few torches just out of sight of the entrance, giving the
illusion of lava at the end.
Seraniph stopped in his tracks, setting the iron helmet down gently
and grabbing a sword. Taking another torch from his inventory, he
threw it down the tunnel as hard as he could, hoping to find out
what had made the sound. His sword at the ready, he donned a set of
the iron armor, a second sword in his left hand as well.
Sans had been following the group quietly as to not get killed. He
saw Seraniph going down a tunnel and decided to follow, though he
was quiet because you never know who wants to kill you. After he
heard the sound, he pulled out a stic because he had no other
weapons.
Seraniph got straight to business. "What are you?" His swords
became crossed to block anything the Enderman had to throw. "The
Guardian of the sword?" He prepared to launch an attack, every
muscle poised for battle.
