Slick came out from behind the rock. He nodded his head a bit. “And you won’t hurt me?” he asked. He was used to being attacked and barely being able to defend himself.

He came fully from behind the rock. It was clear he was shiny. He said, “It’s nice to meet you.” He liked to think of himself as level 20, but he was like 12 in his own time.

Shade was not shiny nor normal his fur is light purple "Same to you! Right now I'm working on my base camp... do you think you can help me? we can be tree pals!"

“Sure!” Slick said to Shade. “Although, I won’t be that much help because I don’t have any arms.” he said. He started going around in cracked thinking, leaving a slippery slimy path where he went.

Shade lifts Slick to move him around quicker and then places the support beams onto the slimy areas "That was simple now to do that more..."

Slick started going up the side of one of the beams. “Should I go on top to get them sticky?” he asked Shade. He didn’t know how this would work so he would try his best to follow directions.

“Okay.” Slick said as he crawled down the big beam and watched Shade. He had put a few more spots of sticky goo down just in case they needed them.

Shade placed the last of the support beas for the bottom floor "That should be good! Now let's have dinner!" Shade gave Slick a Berry Salad and some Berry Juice and Sjade got himself some too

“Thanks.” Slick said and started eating the berry salad and drinking the berry noice happily. Normally he just ate leaves off of bushes. He liked this though. It was tasty.
