yesterday i was making a bluk shake, and i made it, then i realized that i hadn't switched them to my berrybag, so is this a bug?

This isn't a bug, it's how it works in PokeHeroes
If you don't have a specific berry in Berry Bag, but you have some in your Item Bag, then the Cooking Pot will take those berries to replace the missing berries
~~That's why you don't have to reach level 17 or something to make Berry Juice for Rowan... Some recipes need berries that are unlocked in higher level~~
