If you lose your password, you should contact with Riako to find that password. I suggest you to ask Riako to find the password then delete the 2nd account to avoid multi-account
Btw, if I remember correctly, there's a section below the password box of the login page where you can reset password. Have you tried that once? :/

That was with an old email I also lost. Thats the problem.
