As Jesse woke up, he realized he shouldn't have stayed up so late last night, as he was really tired. He rushed off to the shelter anyway very excited about his starter. He was also thinking about catching his first Pokemon. He wanted a Hawlucha sooo bad, but he knew there weren't any in the immediate area.

Moon yawned, checked her bedside table and .. 'Oh my god, my brother stole my alarm again *Angered* *Checks watch* Oh no...I'm late!" She changed, grabbed a hoodie, threw it on, and ran outside, hopefully reaching the shelter in time to get her starter.

Everest slowed her jog as she finally neared the Lab. Huffing slightly, she walked in and watched as another girl took a crimson Pokeball, letting out a tiny sacramento Bulbasaur.
"So you chose the Bubasaur?" Everest raised an eyebrow. "Not the strongest pokemon, in my opinion. Far too many weaknesses."
