May yawned, seemingly bored. She didn’t care about how much the bet was, she just wanted to do it. Besides, the hundreds weren’t much compared to what’s she gambled with. She decided to just go with it instead of putting the idea of a bigger bet on the table. “Wake me up when you’re done...” she mumbled before going back to her original position, leaning back in her chair and kicking her feet up on the desk.

Hyldaan froze at this point. One hundred dollars? Did they think she had that much money? By this point, her face was turning a strange mixture of red and pale, unblinking. She shook her head slightly, breaking herself from the daze. She wasn't playing; she wouldn't lose any money. Perching on a nearby chair, she watched the boy and the girl with interest, her eyes trained on their movements. "G'luck," she nodded to both of them, not really caring who won, just wanting something to happen.

"Something wrong?" Lilly asked as she saw Hyldaan go slightly pale. "If you want to play I don't mind lending you the money. You can just pay me back with half the winnings," she offered. She wasn't really one to gamble much but when she did she usually won a decent amount and kept extra cash on her in case of emergencies.

"Hm?" Her head snapped in Lilly's direction, a frown across her face. "Oh, nope. And nah, I 'on't gamble much." Her accent was kicking in now - an accent originating from Bristol, as most 'chavvy' or 'roadmen' children would have, which, no matter how much she had tried, she could not smother, and she hated it. Though she supposed that technically, she could be classed as a chav. Giggling under her breath, she shook her head, leaning back into the chair, her hands again behind her head.

Hadrian smiled, “That sounds great, heads or tails?” He asked Lilly while leaning back in his chair. He was intrigued at this girl, maybe he could figure out how she gambled, or her knowledge.

"Let's go with heads," she replied non chellantly. Lilly didnt seem to care since it was still a 50/50 shot either way.She knew she had some good luck on her side but there were still times where the luck didn't shine through like she wanted. She sighed slightly and waited for the coin to be flipped. 'Here's to hoping my luck is good today,'she thought to herself as she anxiously awaited the start of the game.

Hadrian modded and flipped the coin, it glittered in the light before he caught it and flipped it over on his hands. It was tails. “Ah that’s too bad. How about double or nothing?” He proposed with a smile.

She shrugged,"Sure why not." It's not like 200 was a big deal to her at the moment. "I'm going with tails this time."

Hadrian nodded, he stretched and then flipped the coin. He cupped his hand over it as it landed on his arm and then flipped it. He slowly took his hand off, it landed on heads. “Seems luck isn’t on your side today. Maybe another try? If you’re up for it, I’ll bet $1000 if you play again” he said while leaning on his hand.

Lilly shook her head,"No I'm good. I don't exactly like to keep playing if I'm on a loosing streak,"she replied with a sad smile. She handed over th $200 to him and walked back to the seat by the window,'Damn cheat I knew he flipped that coin on purpose to make me lose. Ah well he will get what's coming to him eventually, ' she thought to herself as she stared back out the window.

May listened in on the conversation intently, a tad bit curious to see how it turned out. She hated gambling with cheaters, and this guy was radiating with cheater. She scoffed and got up and stood right in front of Hadrian, slamming her hand down on the desk. “You really go so low that you would cheat to win a stupid bet, huh... it isn’t even that much ya idiot...” she glared at him, but before getting a reaction she turned away and walked towards the door. Right before she left, she flipped the coin that she had somehow stolen from Hadrian and grinned. “Get good, kid...” before disappearing into the hallway.

Hadrian was startled by the reaction, and in turn he backed up his chair slightly. He had been distracted and didn’t even realize that his coin was stolen. “Hey!! Give me back my coin you jerk!” He cried while getting up to chase her. This was only followed by him tripping on a chair and falling to the ground.

May let out a small laugh before skipping down the hallway like a little kid. She heard Hadrian fall after shouting at her, causing her held back laughs to cascade out. She finally managed to contain herself, enough to shout back at him. “You gotta come get me first~” she taunted before skipping yet again. She tossed the coin in the air playfully as she roamed the hallways, keeping herself occupied as she waited for the clumsy guy to follow her.

Hyldaan had watched all of this with rather a lot of interest, including the boy who had cheated - which she found rather annoying. She couldn't help but laugh as he chased the girl, tripping over everything he could. He deserved what he had gotten. "Maybe next time think twice before cheating~" she half sang, half scolded, before strolling after May. She didn't know why, exactly, but she still followed her, acting as if it were nothing more than she had done before.
Tsyko was currently stood in a corridor, and, unsurprisingly, was surrounded by the 'popular clique'. He was quite bored, really, but didn't show it, leaning on a wall and nodding along to whatever everyone else was saying. He caught a glimpse of a girl skipping towards them, flipping what looked like a coin. A small smile escaped him as he caught the arrogance in her's before he glanced around the group. Again, they were blocking the corridor. When would they learn to be less selfish? He sighed, shaking his head slightly.

Lilly pulled out her book again and began to read,"Well at least things are a bit more interesting today," she said quietly to herself as she continued ton fall back into the story she was reading. After a few more chapters, which only took about 5 minutes, she got up and walked out of the classroom.

Hadrian pulled himself up, his face was flushed. “A win is a win” he muttered while running out of the classroom in pursuit of May. He pushed through the halls, trying to figure out where she went. After he got lost a couple times he found her, “Hey! Give it back!! Thief!” He pouted.

She stopped at the crowd in front of her, hearing Hadrian’s distant yells behind her. She crossed her arms and started to pout, mumbling to herself about how rude these guys were for ruining her fun. “Fine... I guess you win this time...” she turned around to face him, wondering what he was gonna do next. “Why do you care so much about a stupid coin anyways? Not like this is the only one in existence...” she mumbled as she rolled it between her fingers, examining it.

Scowling at what she believed to be the popular clique, Hyldaan stood by May, not quite believing that she was actually giving it back. She had stolen it, she should keep it. Quickly, she snatched it from May's fingers, also inspecting it. "Seems normal enough to me," she noted, pinching it between her fingers. Balancing it on her thumb, she flicked it into the air a couple of times, still watching it with intense curiosity.
Tsyko shuffled his large mass away from the wall and towards the thief, a smile cursing his mouth. People cleared a path for him, giving him a royal air. "I'd suggest you give the coin back," he said in a not quite commanding tone with his deep, rumbling voice. He stood taller then the group, so let his eyes sweep over them, taking it all in. A window shone sunlight through his hair, almost giving him a halo.

May’s demeanor changed yet again as she stared at the crowd around her, including Hyldaan. “I’ve had my fun... do whatever you want with that damn coin...” she growled as she waved them off, stuffed her hands in her pockets, and walked away. She had almost completely forgotten that she was supposed to meet up with someone for a match in a few minutes, causing her to be a tad bit more grumpy at the moment.

Lilly walked through the hallway just glancing into other classrooms to see if ther was anything interesting going on. She sighed to herself and kept on walking until she got to the library. There should went to the non fiction section to find another book to read since she had just finished the most recent one she had. There were a few people gambling with dice and cards but she paid them no mind.
