Looking at the pokedex, it seems like some pokemon evolve, but i can't figure out how. Giratina is 1 example. Does it evolve and if so how? is there a master list somewhere of how each pokemon can evolve?

if you wanna ur pokemon to evolve u have to send them on missons in rumble arena so they can evolve <3

@phenomfan7 : Giratina doesn't evolve, it just changes its forme by making it HOLD certain items.

Giratina can turn into its "Origin form" by letting it hold a Griseous Crystal.
It can also turn into its "Mega form" by letting it hold a Griseous Pearl.
