Meanwhile, in a nearby forest...


Keldeo huffed, using Aqua Jet on the Haxorus that he was fighting. The Dragon-type Pokémon was stronger than he was at the moment, but he didn't really care. He had gotten separated from his mentors while escaping from a group of hunters a few days prior, but he still wanted to get stronger. He wanted to prove to them that he had what it takes.

Lilly signed slightly as Eevee walked next to her down the dirt path. She had let her eevee out to stretch it's legs since it had been awhile since they last battled. She smiled down at eevee and continued down the path till she ran into another pokemon that was battling a haxorus. She stood there just watching the battle to see how strong this pokemon really was and if she would think about battling them.

Ally was running away from something... but it was unclear what. "T-That was close," she muttered, glancing behind her, not seeing anyone chasing her, "but where even am I now..?"

Aiden was inside a large building, watching two men walk back, an irritated look on their faces. "You failed to return her?" he asked, walking in front of them. "Go back to your class." one man grunted, walking past him. The boy watched the two walk somewhere else, smirking slightly.

She stopped, trying to catch her breath. One of the pokeballs she took opened, a Midday Lycanroc appearing. He looked at Ally, a concerned look on his face and barked softly. She smiled a bit, petting his head. "Sorry, I had to take you and another..."

"Aiden," a younger girl said, walking over to him, "the principal seems to want you." He nodded, starting to walk to the room. "Wonder what he wants with little ol me?" Aiden asked himself, knocking on the door. "Come in." the principal muttered, watching him enter. "I have a little... task for you."

Lilly sighed to herself and walked away from the battling pokemon. Yes it was interesting but she needed to continue on to find other trainers.
