Vote lock a thread.
1. I know mods can already lock threads, but users should have the option to vote lock a thread.
2. After there is enough, it can be locked.
3. Now if abusers use this to lock random threads, The admins can always unlock the thread, right?
4. This could be good because if a thread lacks activity, or its inappropriate, Then it could be helpfull.

No support. You can easily Private Message mods/Riako to lock a thread.

If a thread is inappropriate or otherwise needs locking, you can always file a post report or, as SealVsGaming said, message a mod about it. Seems far less of a hassle to me than getting a bunch of users on the case. I also think the actual decision should be left to the ones whose job it is to keep things here in order. So, no support.
