Creek, realising that Mos was gone, began struggling. She furiously
wriggled around, trying to get loose. After a while, she gave up.
She slowly sighed in submission, expecting the mind control to come
back moments later.

Jig sighs. “They’re just bees. Insects. They don’t attack unless
you attack them or bother their home. Did you knock down their
hive?” he asked, not intervening.
Barry sees Creek and gets all of the nets and everything off of
her. “Creek, what happened?” he asked.
Creek shrieked as Mos looked back, but called when she looked away.
After Barry has freed her, barely looking anywhere else, she bolted
out of the room, trying to flee. But she felt tired... Exhausted,
even. What had she done while she was under control...? She
slowed down considerably, but continued running.
Magnolia shrieked as the bees attacked, running around wildly, and
flapping about her wings in an attempt to ward them away.

Tехно jerked his head up as he heard shrieking and roaring. Lashing
out at the bars and chains, he tried to free himself. He saw a
dragon flash by the entrance to the room he was in and roared. He
began to tear at the walls, gouging out chunks where the chains
were connected. His eyes were filled with rage and determination,
his wings beating at the walls more savagely than his claws.
The guards then turned on Crystal; they weren't really aiming to
keep him there, but would if they had to. The tranquilliser darts
were rapidly shot at Crystal, chains and ropes flung at his body.

The guards' bodies fell to the ground, broken shards of metal and
wire flying from their necks.
Creek heaved herself back up to her feet, before looking about the
cave. She saw the bees, and was afraid of them; yet she felt
something that she didn't feel often. Anger. Fury. Rage. She did
not understand why she felt so furious at the bees, as she normally
liked the small creatures. This, in turn, made Creek feel even more
afraid, afraid of what she'd do if she was controlled again.

Jig flung silk at the bees, trapping them in what looked like a
hive but wasn’t one, then went outside and hung it to a tree where
the bees could hang out peacefully. He re-enters the cave.
Creek sighed with relief as the bees were trapped, striding over to
the corner and lying down. Magnolia did something similar,
strolling back and lying down. When Creek looked at Magnolia, she,
once again, felt an incredible sense of anger. Magnolia had never
hurt Creek, yet she felt furious at her. Furious at everyone in the
room, to be frank.

The guards continued shooting, ignoring their fallen comrades. They
went on the offense, and started jabbing pokers and sharp-tipped
blades at Crystal's scales.

The guards barely reacted, letting the broken bodies fall. At this
point, they began using the sharp-tipped, piercing tranquilliser
darts. They had been designed for use on dragons like Steele, and
other cases when a regular dart wouldn't break the thick armour of
the creature.
