Well... I use Medibang because it provides me lots of brushes (though I have to sign up to get 'em from cloud :p)
And to make lines less shaky, if I remember correctly, then every art software has correction

About shading, lighting, etc., you can always check here. I recommend to use Medibang an FireAlpaca tho, they're easy-to-use software :p

If you need tutorials for Krita, here. I don't use Krita so I can only provide tutorials for you ;;w;;

GIMP seems to be used by experienced users, so I barely use it -w-
