Royal Tunnel isnt unlocking any of the new levels even when I clear the first one.

Ive done it at least twice so I'm not sure if im doing something wrong or if it could be a bug?

Anything helps, thanks

I had to do it 3 times to progress further, it's not easy sometimes but you can do it bud.

@claw000 : Did you leave a space in your Party first to receive the Legendary egg before finishing the first path? :O

According to this wiki, you need a free space in your party to be able to receive a Regi-egg.. so, it can unlock the next level of that Royal Tunnel for you.

You can also ask at the Help forum to get other users to notice your other questions quicker as well. ;)
