i was getting killer magecarp and i first won 10,000.then i flipped it again and i lost 10,000.

so i shound have the badge right.

That depends on the side you chose when you flipped. If you picked the pokéball, you're not getting the reward.
Also, it's Evil Magikarp, not Killer Magikarp ^^'
