I'm just curious because it isn't in the wiki/guides.

What is the time portal, and how do you obtain Shadow Mewtwo with it?(I can understand if this is some kind of secret)

You can receive this Legendary Event Pokémon after collecting 5x Golden Pokéballs by completing/winning Professor Rowan at the Lab.. usually, this lab event is after the Wailord leveling up challenge. :S

I won the "Event Spriting Contest" as it says on News Announcement #224.
