Luke lets out his Pokemon to explore the forest or the entire region of Galar if they want. He lets them out. Most of them go to the forest, but Serperior stays. Serperior thinks to itself, "Whoever finds my egg is worthy." The egg is in a tree and in the forest. It glows to the right person.

(Whoever wants Snivy can get one or I could somehow lay a legend/mythic from the egg that isn't taken and doesn't have two yet)
