occasionally, when harvesting a tree would be there and when I [ress the harvest basket it says there are no berries but the tree is there and it says it can eb harvested now, the bug dissappears if you reload but its annoying.

It's a purely visual bug, that can't be fixed with code ^^'
If you have the Garden in several tabs/windows and harvest the Berries in one tab/window, they'll still show as harvestable in the other tabs/windows.

It's not a bug on PH, it's your browser not automatically reloading a page if you've visited other pages.
[which makes sense; I wouldn't want my pages to be reloaded every 2-3 seconds, because I switch between them from time to time]

you are trying to harvest those berries before it is ready for harvesting , it usually happens in chrome and Pokeheroes is not using Ajax for refreshing that data to the button every second that might be the another reason it is happening :)
