He carefully removed it the same way he saw one get moved into sapphire he deactivated the bomb the the tracker and asks if he cares about the escapees at all and he also put a bandage on it

Letha stood up and walked towards the woods. She knew that it wasn't the best idea in the world but she didn't really care. She looked around cautiously once she entered the woods before she continued to walk.
