What kind of quest was it? :O

If it's hatching Pokémon eggs for him, they won't break your chain as he told you..

If it's just a Pokémon given/borrowed from him.. getting a Pokémon directly from Professor Rowan (or any PokéHeroes NPC) won't break your shiny chain. ;)

I won the "Event Spriting Contest" as it says on News Announcement #224.
