I wanted to ask how do you catch a latias or latios from the grass
Is it random which one you get or is their a choice ?

you have to have hatched one before i believe.

You just need the Resolute Stone, you don't need to have hatched one, to find one ^^'
However, the Tall Grass gives you one randomly, so you won't know which it is, before you found the egg.
