For some reason, I checked the rumble,and the Charmander holding the map was Yellow!! And shortly after that, I checked again, and guess what! It's just a normal Red Charmander again!! I think yellow is shiny)

Do you mean a charmander you sent on a rumble mission, or the charmander that's on the rumble overview page?

Just a random thing that happens sometimes doesn't do anything except the shiny ditto in the lab ;)
