So, I tried to accept an offer on a trade (without a Pokémon because I’m stupid) and I got the message “Error, Mismatch between Pokémon amount!” It declined all of the other requests and I only have that request. I don’t know if that’s intentional or not, but I think that there could be improvements or changes done.

I think that's intentional, because accepting a trade, automatically rejects the other offers. Accepting a trade happens before checking whether that's even possible, so it makes sense that the other trades would get rejected, before the error-message.

I agree that there is place for improvement.
