ok riako has made no announcement that you can offer inspite of being blocked so im complaining here i ve had several instances where ive blocked someone and they've offered on my trades as well as my son has

yep. this has been one of my #1 complaints for a while. blocking someone should mean you DONT SEE THEM AT ALL. they cannot are what you’re doing, they cannot message you in ANY way, even forum posts on threads you’ve made. THERE IS A REASON PEOPLE BLOCK, and it can be seriously upsetting still seeing said blocked person.
