I double checked and I still have all 151 pokemon from Kanto and if you click my pokedex on my profile there are no missing pokemon from Kanto or Johto other than megas and retros.
Am I missing something? Can anyone please help?

I completed my Johto Dex, and he never said anything. I asked a mod, and they said I didn't need to have my Kanto Dex for it, and if I went into the lab he should say something.
It's been a few hours and i haven't had any sort of change.

While it's a bug, it's pretty game-breaking and should be brought to Riako's attention a little quicker than through a normal bug report.
