So, I was in route 53 right, and I decided to go get some honey and milk. Miltank wouldn't give me milk and it was hungry so I gave it some berries. That was hours ago. I'm also pretty sure that most of the time it would give me milk even if it was hungry. If this keeps going I will keep this up, if not, well... something's wrong with PH.

I think that the chance of a miltank to give milk is random so it would be only very bad luck that your miltanks didn't gave you milk
