Hello,I finished all Rowan's quests and got all rewards.Now it's Oak who's challenging me to a contest every Monday.
My question is,are these contests even worth a try and what can I get from them ?

I suppose they can be worth it if you need Festival Points. Since, as far as I remember, that's the main reward each time you win against Oak. I think there are additional rewards once you move up to the harder challenges but I really don't remember what those were again. (I think maybe you can get another shiny retro magikarp for winning in the last contest?)
