I put a vaporeon male and female eevee in the daycare. It says they don't like each other. Will I get eggs from them?

It is told in mythology that this Pokémon was born before the universe even existed.

Yes, you will. You won't get a lot, but they are compatible.
The only text that doesn't give any eggs, is "They prefer to play with other pokémon"
