A couple years ago i made a second account with the email I currently use. warnings were already received and that fault has already been dealt with and that account is locked. however, I want the email for that account removed so that I may use it on this account since the email for this account is one I never use.

Would this be possible?

There's a section for e-mail settings on the profile settings page where you can change your e-mail address.

In case you've already tried that and the issue is that it won't change it due to that e-mail already being linked to a different (locked) account, your only hope is probably contacting Riako about it.
