So The new Halloween Event Pokemon has no Image Sprite for when you check Storage boxes, was that most to happen? Or has this already been notified?

It's not really a bug ^^'
Event-pokémon get their own tiny sprite, but sometimes there's a delay between the distribution and the tiny sprite.
