My idea is to have one trade mate for the plushies.
A teamwork to help each other with collecting all the missing plushies.

How it could work (only including missing Plushies):
- Sending each other plushies of the same DP value (for example: a 30 DP Plushie for another 30PD Plushie)
- Sending several missing plushies which reach together the DP value of a more value Plushie
(for example: a 30 DP Plushie for three different missing 10 DP Plushies)
- Considering the first two points it is also open for wishes and preferences (for example: Kanto is my favorit region, maybe someone else is a Plushie hoarder or wants to finish a different region first)
