Kitsune trained and trained, she was gradually getting better. She allowed her Pokémon to battle each other, then sat down on the roots of a tree. She grabbed Salamence’s pokeball and looked at it, then spammed the button. A small spark of red light appeared sometimes, but Salamence wouldn’t come out.

The two ran out from their hiding place, tackling Espeon happily.
