I've spent enough time now in the Berry Garden to get to Gardener Level 30 - thus unlocking, amongst other things, the ability to cook up the luring items for the Berry Garden Legendaries.

This is where a bit of griping comes in over how the Bulletin Board is set up.

As it stands at the moment, the effort you have to put into fulfilling the orders on the board and the resulting rewards, be it PD or items, simply do not match up. I worked one and a half days, for example, to cook up enough Paralyze Heals to fulfill a quest for just a hair under 10k PD. It was necessary to cook a full 100 Heals for this one, not to mention having over 600 Wiki Berries. With constant cooking and planting, it still takes at the very least a full day for this one quest.

The item reward quests are rarely better. With rising level, they get more complex, and more often than not, the game seems to throw me a curveball and demand berries and dishes which I could only fulfill if I cooked, planted, seeded 24/7 until the deadline of the quest, and even then, I couldn't fulfill it.

My suggestion is simple: Either bump up the rewards and deadline times on the Bulletin Board, or cut the requirements for fulfilling the quests. As it stands right now, Berry Garden is extremely slow, reaps subpar rewards, and is becoming a part of the game I find exasperating. I still do want the Berry Garden Legendary Trio, so I would love to see Berry Garden get a bit of a loving bump, so that it becomes just by fractions easier to get somewhere.

Full consent. The rewards for the Bulletins are mostly laughable in relation to the effort. Often the raw materials (for example Moomoo Milk) are more expensive than the reward.

Full support. the cost of ingredients/the time it takes to make them are rarely ever worth it at all.

Support! Especially for the quests which require moomoo milk or using it for an ingredient. The gems rewards can be easily gotten from Royal Tunnel or rumbling. Not very sure about higher levels but its really frustrating especially since im a beginner and all the moomoo milk quests are impossible due to the lack of a miltank :/ The quest needed 5 razz shakes which total to 15 moomoo milk and gives about $1500. On GTS (which is my only way of getting the milk) most deals for Moomoo milk are way above that so the quest didnt feel like it was worth the time or effort.

I can tell you that it gets worse the higher your level gets. With the increasing rewards, the requirements also take a steep hike, which means that the gap between effort and reward will increase even more.
