"How are your parents going to react to you being a pokemon?" Yoru asked Sapaku as she opened the door.

Sapaku stopped "I don't know..." she stepped inside. "Mom? Dad? Weird, they should be home by now."

Yoru stepped outside. "Let's try my house, my parents are never this late."

"Neither are mine, usually...." Sapaku followed Yoru across the street.

Yoru uses psychic to open the door. "Mom?" She called, starting to explore her house.

"Are they here?" Sapaku asked after a while of searching, beginning to panic

"They've...disappeared...both of our parents..are gone." Yoru turned to Sapaku. "We're on our own."

Sapaku stared at Yoru, wide-eyed. "Why?"

"I'm not sure, but we can find out in the morning. You can sleep here I guess, since no one is here to tell us you can't" Yoru invited, heading for the bedroom.

"Okay." Sapaku followed her.

Yoru used psychic on the fridge and cooked a leftover pizza from the other night. "We'll have to settle for microwave food for now." She told Sapaku.

Sapaku yawned. "Fine by me. I don't mind pizza." She said drowsily

Sapaku nodded. "We are on our own now. How do you plan to get food? Our parents' leftovers won't last forever."

"We'll just have to figure it out along the way." Yoru says hurriedly, trying not to think about that too much right now.
