Every time I try to purchase nuggets using a $15 dollar gift card, this error message keeps popping up:

“2001: It looks like the Payment System is currently unavailable. Please try again with a different payment method or contact our customer support for further assistance at help.xsolla.com.”

I’ve doubled and tripled checked to make sure I typed the correct card number and PIN number. Still no luck. I understand that it’s recommending a different payment method, but I currently have no other option.

Any solutions? Thanks!

The only solution is contacting xsolla, just as they suggest to do ^^'

Payments happen through a third party, so we can't actually check or change whenever there seems to be a problem.
